Returns and exchanges
You can return the goods within 14 days without giving a reason.
If you wish to exchange the product please contact us in order to make a reservation for you.
3. How can you submit a ticket for return or exchange
You can find our complete Return Policy in Terms and conditions (link in the footer of the page). To submit a return or exchange please click on your ACCOUNT and choose Order history. Please select the order and product you wish to return or exchange.
Please send the product to our address within 14 days:

All returns and exchanges are handled as soon as possible (14 days at the latest).
